1. Who This Applies To
These terms apply to anyone who buys the importation course, pays
for the sourcing/import service, or uses the paid contact option
on this site.
2. The Course
Buying Part One, Part Two, or Both gives you access to that
course content, delivered by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram
depending on what you choose at checkout. The course teaches the
importation process as we practice it — it is education,
not a guarantee of business results.
3. The Sourcing / Import Service
Where we handle sourcing or importing on your behalf, timelines
depend on suppliers, shipping, and customs — factors outside
our full control. We'll keep you updated, but dates discussed are
estimates, not fixed guarantees.
4. Refund Policy
We want people to feel this was worth paying for. If you
genuinely did not understand what you were paying for, or you
believe what we offered was misrepresented, you can ask for a
refund by reaching out through the paid contact option above.
- Refund requests are reviewed individually, based on the conversation we have with you.
- The GHS 7 / GHS 12 paid-contact fee itself is refunded whenever that conversation is a genuine, meaningful one — whether or not it leads to a course purchase.
- We ask for a real conversation first because it's the fastest way for us to sort out an honest misunderstanding from anything else.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We never see or
store your card or Mobile Money details — Paystack handles
that directly.
6. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version shown here is always the current one.
